Snow on roof
We had a pretty heavy snowfall here in Paris last month, it was quite spectacular but difficult to draw - everything was blanketed in white! Two days later things started to melt a little, and the contrast of the remaining snow on this rooftop out my window early one morning caught my eye, so I decided to grab my ballpoint pen and sketch.
It's kind of moody and "black", ok. But I've been looking at a lot of engravings lately and this is the result.
The temperatures have been up and down since then, going back below freezing this weekend, with just a few flurries. Perfect time to stay at home and sketch the view from a window. What do you see today?

That is beautiful! Love the dark tones. Like an engraving.
